Peter E. Nipoti
President / Branch Manager
Peter E. Nipoti is the President and co-owner of PEN Associates, Inc., a financial services holding company based in Portland, Oregon. In addition, he is President of two subsidiary insurance companies and is associated as a registered securities principal for First Allied Securities, Inc. of San Diego, California, holding the requisite FINRA licenses.
Mr. Nipoti majored in accounting and business management at Pace College and City College of New York. He completed the Management Development Program at the Hartford Graduate Center, and graduated from the Business and Banking school at Cornell University, New York. He began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank Trust Division in 1959.
Since that time, Peter has actively managed substantial fiduciary and securities activities for major financial institutions. During the last 40 years he has held senior management positions at Hartford Trust Company of New York, Corestates Financial Corporation Fiduciary and Securities Services Group, Banc One Securities Corp., Marketing One Securities, Inc./Marketing One, Inc., and United Life and Annuity, to name a few.
Peter Nipoti's extensive experience in the financial services arena has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of the trust, insurance and securities industries. This includes most aspects affecting estate planning, retirement planning, college planning, mutual funds, stocks/bonds, and fixed and variable annuities. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, and the International Foundation for Retirement Education, certified as a Retirement Counselor and Retirement Administrator.
As President of PEN Associates, and Branch Manager for First Allied Securities, Peter oversees the day-to-day management of the holding company, and two insurance companies licensed and registered to do business in 26 states. The companies' client base consists of more than 11,000 relationships with assets exceeding $200,000,000. He heads a team of professionals with over 100 years of combined experience in financial services.
Peter and his wife Lillian reside in Portland Oregon.

Lillian Nipoti
Chief Financial Officer
Lillian R. Nipoti is the joint owner and Chief Financial Officer of PEN Associates, Inc. Lillian's duties at the firm extend within the administrative arena, and include, but are not limited to corporate planning, human resources, benefits, bookkeeping, and liaison to the firm's CPA. Lillian's goal is to have PEN Associates and its subsidiary companies run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She attempts to make certain no detail is overlooked in pursuing this objective.
Lillian's eclectic background in business included working as a paralegal with a Mergers and Acquisition team at a major Wall Street corporate law firm, being a residential real estate agent, and owning and operating a residential interior design business. She has also studied fine arts at Marylhurst University in the Portland area, and pursues her love of art through painting and printmaking.
Together with her husband and co-owner / founder, Peter E. Nipoti, her desire to maintain the high level of professionalism and service to their clients is paramount to the success enjoyed by PEN Associates, Inc.
In addition to her corporate work, Lillian enjoys her children and two grandsons, and visits with them whenever time permits a trip to Pennsylvania. In addition, golf is a long-time activity that has been enjoyed but never conquered.

Jon Corazza
Financial Consultant
Jon Corazza is a licensed and registered Financial Consultant who has worked in the financial services industry for almost 20 years. An educator by degree and background, he brings a love of learning to help educate his clients regarding establishing goals for achieving a solid financial future.
Prior to coming to PEN Associates, Inc, he worked as a consultant with insurance companies, assisting them with the design of their tax deferred annuities. He has evaluated thousands of annuity policies to provide his clients the appropriate policy to help meet their goals in regards to safety, liquidity and return on their investment, with a minimum of loss from probate and taxes. Jon created stringent insurance screening tools to make certain clients received the highest quality products from top-rated insurance carriers.
Professionally, Jon's primary focus is assisting clients with their financial assessment and retirement planning needs. He is committed to protecting their hard-earned assets from unforeseen catastrophic events, and, also, to making sure that those same dollars are received by either clients or their heirs, with a minimum loss resulting from unnecessary taxation.
In addition to holding his Insurance License in Life, Health, and Varible Annuities Jon also holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63 & 65, licenses, and is now an Investment Advisor Representative of First Allied Securities, as well as a General Securities Sales Principal.
Jon Corazza is a dedicated family man and a long-time Portland area resident. A graduate of Oregon State University, he lives in Beaverton, Oregon with his wife, Lisa, and their four children. He is active in his local church, school chess club, Boy Scouts, and, when time permits, enjoys performing in local community vocal and theatre groups.

Steve Stiles
Financial Consultant
Steven D. Stiles has been a licensed and registered financial consultant since 1982. Professionally, Steve's focus is consulting with clients (both businesses, and individuals) where his vast knowledge and experience of business management, financial planning, and risk management helps clients achieve financial stability.
In 1982 he started his career with a small mutual fund sales organization. It was there that he learned the basics of a successful investment planning career, and rose to the position of branch manager. He then took a position with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in 1986 to better understand the risk management aspects associated with retirement planning. While at Met Life he became an expert in insurance related products, specifically tax deferred annuities designed for retirement planning, and he quickly found a niche where he could grow his knowledge and experience to better serve those who are working towards retirement. Since then he has specialized in the annuity market, utilizing both fixed and variable annuities to complement an individual's retirement portfolio.
Since 1989 Steve has used his knowledge as a consultant with other brokers. He called upon professionals, and taught them how the benefits of annuities could aid their clients in reaching their respective retirement goals.
Most recently, Steve has affiliated himself with PEN Associates, Inc., where he is able to put his extensive expertise to use with relationships this firm has nationwide.
Steve holds a current insurance license in Life, Health, Variable Annuities and, he also holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 Licenses in multiple states.
Steve has been a past member of the Board of Directors of several companies, and is currently serving a 2 year term as the Chairman on the Board of Community Health Charities of Oregon, a local non-profit charitable organization.
He resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife Mary.

Sarah Connors-Harris
Registered Sales Assistant
Sarah Connors-Harris, CRPS® is a licensed Registered Sales Assistant, who has been working in the financial services industry for eight years. In addition, she has over ten years of experience in customer service. Sarah began her career in financial services as a Registered Representative and Marketing Consultant for ING Financial Services, in Hartford, Connecticut. After deciding to move to Oregon, she continued her career as a Quality Control Administrator, 401(k) Department Manager, and Financial Paraplanner for local investment and retirement planning firms. Sarah is now committed to ensuring that PEN Associates' clients receive the best possible care and service.
As a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®), Sarah is a certified retirement plan professional. In addition, she holds an Insurance License in Life, Health, and Variable Annuities, and the FINRA Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses.
When Sarah isn't working at PEN Associates, she enjoys kayaking on the Willamette, photography, and working on her home in SW Portland.

Terrie Enloe
Registered Sales Assistant
Terrie Enloe, is a licensed Registered Sales Assistant with PEN Associates, and she has the FINRA Series 7&63 licenses. She has been employed in the financial services industry since 1992. Some of her duties have included: Cashiering, New Accounts, Trading, Stock Desk and Variable Annuity settlements. She was employed for four years as an Investment Operations Manager with a national company and has worked extensively with representatives and clients in the day-to-day activities of the financial services industry.
When not working, Terrie enjoys gardening and football (Go Kansas City!) and her two dogs.

Anne Marie Nye
Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
Anne Marie Nye is the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at PEN Associates. Anne Marie has over 14 years of extensive experience working in the Administrative field. Her career began as Receptionist for a Brokerage and Marketing firm, and after a short period of time she was promoted to the Retail Department Administrator at the firm, which she held for many years. Anne Marie also has experience working in the media broadcasting and Real Estate housing fields where she worked as a Sales Assistant.
When you call PEN Associates during our business hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Pacific Time you will always be greeted by our dedicated administrative staff headed up by Anne Marie. These individuals represent the backbone of service and responsiveness to our clients throughout the nation. They are experienced, professional, and above all courteous.
In her spare time Anne Marie enjoys spending time with her best friend in life and their two large dogs, bicycling, and traveling to the Oregon coast with the dogs and smelling the fresh beach air. She also enjoys traveling back east and visiting relatives, when her vacation time allows.
